Things you need to do for the installation
- Large pieces of furniture will be moved for you but please remove all small pieces and breakable items
- Kids and pets should be kept away from the work area
- Allow the installers to use another room as an open area to stage the installation
- Water and electricity should be readily available to the workers
- Hardwood floors will be delivered prior to the installation for acclimatization
- Tile installation happens in 3 stages, laying the tile, grouting, and sealing. Please expect several days for this process as each stage needs to cure.
Flooring installation with manufacturer’s instructions
Flooring will be laid according to manufacturer's instructions using appropriate materials such as glue or underlayments to ensure that your warranty is optimized. Once your floor is complete it is a good idea to inspect the floor while the installers are there in case there are any questions or concerns, they can be easily addressed.
